After the first Corso, the idea of developing more restaurants came up and we defined the Corso brand identity: carefully designed but discreet places that don’t proclaim themselves to be “designer eateries”. Contrasting with the first three Corso restaurants situated in more popular neighbourhoods of Paris, Corso Kléber opens in the "seizième", one of the city's most conservative-chic surroundings. A separate club-room is another difference to the prior Corsos.
